In this games I had to convert decimals and percentages. The most difficult thing to do was to find out what the fractions of one hundred was. I think this game was a good challenge for me because I forgot some of the rules and things Mrs Ramkalawan taught me.
I am a Year 7 student at Glen Innes School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 11 and my teacher is Mrs Ramkolowan.

Integer slam
Integer slam
First, a person deals each player three cards and turns the top card of the remaining pile face up. If the next person’s card does not add up to 12 or -12 then they have to pick another card from the discard pile. After the person has picked up another card then they have to put a card from their hands next to the isard pile. The winner is the first person to put down three cars that add up to 12 or -12. Enjoy!

What I learned
WALT: revise the names of triangles
I learned to sort triangles and put them in the correct basket in a short time.
In this game you have 2 minutes to put as many triangles in the correct basket as you can. There are three different kind of triangles, acute, right angled and obtuse. I hope to learn about more types of triangles.
